Breaking the Chains of Poverty
Through Education and Love
One Bolivian Young Person at a Time
Imagine your education was not a given
Never enough money for school fees, materials, or tutors
Being forced to drop out of school to help support parents and siblings
A less than 10% chance of going to university
If you grew up in rural Bolivia, or an orphanage in Bolivia, no need to imagine these things.
In Bolivia, education is never a given.
There’s just the cycle of poverty,
and a feeling that there’s no way out. . .
MISSION KEEP THE FAITH
PROVIDES THE WAY OUT
How?
EDUCATION AND LOVE
WHO WE HELP AND WHAT WE DO
We empower young Bolivians from rural areas and orphanages to escape poverty by providing opportunities for a quality education and the holistic support needed to succeed.
RESULTS OF OUR WORK
Since 2004, we have, among other things:
Enabled over 50 Bolivian young people to earn degrees from universities and trade schools.
Provided tuition assistance, school supplies, and tutors to over 4,000 grade school and high school students.
FROM POVERTY-STRICKEN TO ACCOMPLISHED PROFESSIONAL
The most significant impact of our work? Children who grew up in houses made of mud or in over-crowded orphanages are now impressive professionals enhancing their communities as doctors, nurses, lawyers, entrepreneurs, teachers, learning specialists, engineers, agriculturalists, veterinarians, beauticians, and chefs … just to name a few!
Due to Mission Keep the Faith, cycles of poverty have been broken, and lives are better and forever.
