Our Meaning of “Keep the Faith”

Daniel F. Curran, the father of KTF founder Kathleen Curran, always told his kids to “keep the faith” whenever things got challenging.  This meant to always keep plugging and never lose faith in God no matter what – AND to always act on that faith by helping those most in need.

This is exactly the kind of inspiration KTF wants to give Bolivian young people who are challenged beyond measure, and hunger for the mere opportunity to develop their God-given abilities through education.

The call to “keep the faith” is also provided in a favorite passage from St. Paul in 2 Timothy 4-6.  St. Paul states:

I have fought the good fight,

I have finished the race,

I have kept the faith

Like St. Paul, KTF aims to keep the faith by staying focused on God and sharing our blessings with those most in need, and always with great love and gratitude in our hearts.

And while we in KTF keep the faith, so does God!

Throughout the existence of KTF, God has never abandoned us and is always touching new hearts to join us in our quest to help the poorest of the poor in Bolivia.

Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam which means “to God be the greater glory”!
